From version 1.2 the Animal Gacha app keeps your progress in an online account that is created automatically. You can delete that account and all its progress at any time from the app’s Settings, without signing in. If you can no longer open the app, you can ask us by email.
Open Settings in the iOS or Android app, choose “Delete progress and account”, and confirm with “Delete everything”. Deletion happens immediately while you are online and the app then starts again from scratch. This page cannot delete an account by itself.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account and your progress, both on our servers and on the device you delete it from.
Deleting the account does not cancel a season pass subscription: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first. Purchases already made are not refunded by deleting the account.
After you confirm, the app sends the request to our server. You need a connection; if it fails, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
The server erases your account, progress, rankings, and imported saves at once, and revokes a linked Apple sign-in where required.
The app forgets the deleted account and starts again as a new player with an empty collection.
Accounts that were never linked to Google or Apple are deleted automatically after 12 months without activity.
